Hair grow shampoo

Is it enough to use only a shampoo to grow your hair?
There are many advertisements about super shampoos, but my opinion is that it is not enough to get a good effect. There are excellent shampoos. I am using now NISIM shampoo, and it is very good one, but this and others mostly a part of a product family, and you have to buy the real effective product of the family too, and use it the rigth way, if they are effective at all. So don't believe that a shampoo is enough. See the other posts!
